  • Abstract
The dielectric behavior of β-CD (cyclodextrin) inclusion complexes with various organic guest molecules has been studied by the thermally stimulated depolarization current method in the temperature range 80-300 K and by conventional AC techniques in the frequency range 10 Hz-13 MHz. The results are discussed as compared with data obtained with β-CD hydrates, as a function of their hydration content, and in relation to the guest molecule and the related structure of the system, as determined by X-ray diffraction
