Abstract :
Connected transaction is prevalent between the listed firms and their parent company at the expense of the minority shareholders, which violate the order of market. In this paper, social ontology and BDI model are presented to analyze the connected transaction. This approach is expected to understand the domain problems comprehensive and provide an innovative method to detect connected transaction.
