In this paper, the problem of the convergence of the solution of linear singularly perturbed system in distribution topology as epsiv tends to zero is considered. Algebraic criteria are proposed for the judgment of the convergence of the solution of linear singularly perturbed system, which has potential significance in the design of controllers
