Abstract
Summary form only given as follows. This paper advances a new viewpoint about the technology development chain. It suggests that effective technology development is a continuous cycle chain. The author suggests “the method, of time series division” personally. By this method, three types of breakage phenomena in the chain are analyzed in detail.
