Abstract :
For wireless communications using antenna diversity, a fully integrated LNA (Low Noise Amplifier) in a 0.35 mum CMOS technology with four input channels and diversity function is presented. The performance characteristics of the LNA such as gain, noise figure, and input impedance are shown in this work. The specifications and performance are in close agreement validating this compact design.
