Summary form only given. This presentation addresses the potential future role of broadband power line carrier in the overall broadband marketplace. In particular, it focuses on the promise offered by broadband PLC to solve the so-called "last-mile" problem, i.e., providing the last mile connection to homes and buildings within the overall broadband infrastructure.
