The Attempt of Instructional Reform to Solve the Employment Problem for Electronical Commerce Graduates

It has been questioned at the very beginning about the Electronical Commerce major. The low employment rate of Electronical Commerce graduates exposes some problems on the cultivation of qualified personnel at the stage of university. This paper begins with the employment problems for the Electronical Commercial Business students and proposes some specified methods like the system of assessment for teachers, teaching methods and contents as well as practice based on the college teaching. It puts forward several approaches: establishing annual assessment system in terms of further study and exploration in companies, cultivation of teachers´ skills, construction of multi-level practical teaching system and on-line shop to enlarge the possiblity of employment, etc.
