Abstract :
In order to specialize and focus on the development of core competencies, enterprises often subcontract other works of very small importance to outside. Hence, how to construct the criterion to evaluate the quality of outsourcing is the priority for enterprises. Nevertheless, generally, enterprises have difficulties to build the evaluative criterion and to examine the final outcomes for the outsourcing activities. For this reason, the research applied the fuzzy synthesis judge method to study the avionics industry, identifying the evaluative criterion and the correlations between evaluation indicators in the study framework. Finally, the decision model was constructed for the evaluation of outsourcing performance. The study results also confirmed the precision of fuzzy synthesis judge method. Moreover, for business which intends to subcontract, the study provides a valuable reference to follow and to adjust, shaping up a suitable decision model for enterprises to evaluate the outsourcing activities
