Abstract :
The basic idea and requirement of spinning reserve from responsive load are introduced. The responsive load resource of Shenyang City is analyzed based on the real load data in 2004 and 2005. The architecture of monitoring and control system for responsive load is discussed based on intelligent energy management network system of the Shenyang Power Supply Company. The system optimal control model is also addressed. All the analysis results show that the responsive load resource in Shenyang is available in abundance. It is a valuable field to use the responsive load resource more effectively
