Abstract
In this paper the means for scaling of user predicate queries are provided by introduced mechanism of certainty factors using at construction of predicate queries and their modification in given categorical strategy and restrictions system that allows to carry out inferences of knowledgebase parameters actual values, on the basis of subjective estimations subjected by domain experts.
