Abstract :
Quality is directly related with satisfaction of the learner and one can satisfy only if the learning environment provides full technical and infrastructure support and interactive user interface. Quality Analytics is the discovery and the systematic computational analysis of data statistics to find meaningful patterns especially valuable in areas rich with recorded information. Quality Analytics of learning environment evaluates the application based on various relevant quality parameters such as Business Qualities, Generic Qualities, System Qualities and Learner Response Qualities. These parameters should be focused upon to design analytical pattern to monitor the learner behavior. If any of the web-based application fails to deliver these then it clearly reflects the compromise in the quality of the product. ISO/IEC 19796-1 international standard focuses on quality management and assurance in e-Learning and it is also mandatory to scrutinize and assess the results generated by various quality factors in dynamic web based learning environment. This paper proposes analytics based method to generate and monitor values of some critical quality factors. Effective assessment of these factors is helpful in tuning the overall performance of dynamic web based learning environment and the analytics confirm the learner behavior towards the learning application.
