  • Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of special counselling policies on engineering students. The study has been conducted in Poornima college of Engineering, Jaipur. In PCE there are several special counselling policies for students such as “SHG”, “Proctor”, “Tutorship”, “Mentorship”, “ABC Analysis of students”, “PEEM” and many others. A random sample from different sections have been selected to study the impact of these counselling policies that these policies are some or other way are helpful to develop some qualities such as leadership, belongingness, clarity of concepts etc. Results indicate that the students have positive impact up to a certain level of these counselling policies.
