Abstract
In order to promote the automation and intellectualization of e-government archiving, this article obtains from the e-government archiving research background to propose the DURA model, carries on the discussion to its integrant parts and the reciprocity. And it analyzes an essential factor - - the origin, the connotation and the integrated development environment of business rules (R) and the work principle of archive business rules database (ABR). It also studies DURA´s realization flow and practical application - - business rules management system (BRMS). The researches have indicated that the establishment and application of the DURA model can analyze the migration conditions accurately from the conversion process of documents to archives, using the semantic matching method and the content excavation to raise the archiving both working efficiency and accuracy, realizing the seamless linkage of governmental agency, the business agency and the archive departments.
