Abstract
This paper details a peer-to-peer, decentralized service oriented architecture for easily integrating wireless sensor network data into C4ISR applications. It presents an overview of the protocols, Web-services, and APIs needed to accelerate network sensor integration. Furthermore it suggests an intermediate step of a proxy to IPv6-enable current generations of network sensors to accelerate the adoption of next-generation netcentric systems.
