  • Abstract
    A new formulation to calculate the internal and external inductances, the resistance, the Joules losses and the cut frequency in a 3D circular cross-section coil structure, with or without skin effect is presented. The formulation is obtained from the Maxwell´s wave equations. The results are presented in graphical form as function of frequency and/or radius wire
