Research on the Synergetic Management Mechanism of R&D Projects

This paper analyzes the necessity of the Synergetic management of R&D projects, revealing their effectiveness and productiveness and then establishing a structural equation model which demonstrates the relations between the supporting factors, knowledge-learning factors, organizing ability factors and the effectiveness and productiveness in the Synergetic management of R&D projects. On the basis of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and full structure equation model analysis, the essay concludes: (1) the supporting factors and productive factors are directly correlated to the feasibility of synergetic management in R & D projects; (2) in the process, knowledge-learning and organizing ability factors, which are of a positive correlation with the productiveness of Synergetic management in R&D projects, have indirect influences on the feasibility of Synergetic management in R& D projects.
