Abstract
It is possible to distinguish two kinds of information struggle: information-technical and information-psychological. At information-technical struggle the basic action and protection objects are information-technical systems (systems of communication, telecommunication systems, system of data transfer, radio electronic means, information security systems etc.). At information-psychological struggle the basic action and protection objects are mentality of political elite and population of the opposite parties; systems of public consciousness and ideas formation, acceptance the decision.
