Abstract
The advantages of industry-university collaborations have been recognized by more and more enterprises and universities. Meanwhile, opportunistic behavior by the participants has been found to be the obstacle to the high efficiency of collaborations. In this paper, ideal value exchanges of industry-university collaborations are modeled by e3 value methodology. Based on the analysis of opportunistic behavior by e3 control methodology, control mechanisms are designed to detecting, preventing and correcting control problems.
