Abstract :
The maintenance problem of noiseproof circuits of digital electronic equipment is considered. The multilayer printed circuit card is the base element of digital electronic equipment. The parameters of noise (amplitude and duration) are determined by factor models. The application of models is oriented on a design-technological phase of a computer-aided design.
