Abstract :
Dynamic Capabilities are the capabilities that an enterprise responds to the environmental changes. These capabilities are especially important to E-Business enterprises for sustainable development. Through theoretical analysis this paper probes into the hierarchies of Dynamic Capabilities. By using survey questionnaire in E-Business enterprises, empirical study is carried on applying structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze the effects of Dynamic Capabilities on business performance. The results show that Dynamic Capabilities have significant and positive impacts on business performance. Among the Dynamic Capabilities´ contribution to business performance, the effects of different capabilities are different.
