Abstract
Significance of e-commerce and aided decision support system of logistics for economic development was analyzed. Spatial information analysis and visualization performance is very poor in traditional e-commerce system of logistics, so e-commerce and aided decision support system of logistics establishing method based on spatial web services was researched by using GIS technology. Logistics business database and geodatabase were built. On that base, SOA of the system were set up with ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server and VS.NET softwares. Some characteristic functions including data publishing dynamically, business sheets processing, optimized route analyzing, distribution center aided siting and statistic analyzing were implemented in the system. And these function modules were encapsulated as web services.
