    This paper presents an empirical analysis of the relationships between a manufacturing facilities´ adoption of innovative pollution prevention techniques (i.e., source reduction and recycling) and of innovative workplace management practices (e.g., TQM, R&D, worker teams, etc.). It specifically evaluates whether facilities that are innovative in their manufacturing are also innovative in environmental practices
