Abstract :
There is a necessity for the inexperienced person of the project development to appropriately learn the project development before carrying out the project. However, it is very difficult to educate a novice programmer of the team development. The method called On-the-Job-Training was applied for that purpose in the conventional education, but some problems have been pointed out. A novice level programmer must understand how the project flows and learn how to write the document: communication is very important skill for both of the abilities. Minecraft is a very superior SandBox game as an education tool. Its usefulness as an education tool has been proven throughout the world. This paper, by showing an education process, discusses applying Minecraft as an education tool to train a novice programmer as a project member, and then shows the results of experiments that were conducted to measure the effectiveness of Minecraft.
