Abstract :
E-travel in decentralized network is becoming a rising and important domain in e-commerce applications on Internet, in which evaluation of service is one of the most fundamental problems. Due to the individuation and complicacy, the evaluating methods for traditional e-commerce cannot support some inherent features of decentralized e-travel applications. In this paper a multi-dimensional measuring model is discussed, which considers 3 dimensions including evaluation for service peer, service quality and service load with different speed of temporal attenuation. Prototype based on the measuring model was implemented and experiments showed that the method could return satisfying services for individual requirements. Although the model is specified for e-travel domain, some minor adjustments can adapt it to the evaluation model for other e-commerce applications in unstructured P2P network.
