Abstract :
This paper is based on the dynamics of start-ups and analyzes different development stages and characteristics of them. It studies the characteristics and changes of the management entropy in different developing periods of the entrepreneurial enterprise from the point view of entropy of system structure, environment and operation so as to provide new theoretical guidance and practical guidance for the enterprise management to ensure the sustainable development of them.
