Abstract :
At present, various types of motors of total power is up to 420 million kilowatts and the consumption accounts for 60% of country´s total electricity. The motor is high cost, energy consumption and so on while it is produced using traditional materials and technology, so the need for new energy efficient motors appeared is urgent. Amorphous iron is a new functional material in motor application and it has some advantages which are high saturation magnetic induction density low core losses and low coercive force, and it has not mature products in industrial application and market. Based on above described this paper present model and simulation for stator and rotor using An soft in classical and amorphous iron motors and make conclusion that amorphous iron motor involves high efficient and high speed advantages and this paper has some reference value in manufacturing of this sort motors.
