Abstract :
This paper focuses on the difficulty of task assignment in ship design project which is complex and uncontrollable. After analyzing the internal and external constraints in design tasks, a mathematic model is developed. And then an approach combining with Cyclic Critical Path and Reverse Critical Path is present. An optimizing policy based on work-hour and workload is adopted in this paper in order to complete all tasks within project duration.
