Abstract

Wireless access to the Internet is widely available in the world when terminal device roaming. Besides of buying merchandises, it also provides immediate access to up-to-date movie listings and news; anywhere-anytime access to e-mail; or the ability to check out a Web site while traveling. So concept of mobile e-commerce (m-commerce) should be replaced by mobile e-business (m-business), which will be centered on financial services, travel and retailing, and so on. So the basic concept and architecture of m-business system were be introduced at first, then the key issues to develop system were analyzed in details, which is scalable, secure, reliable and could support many different devices and network bearers, with the decreased time and reduction of risk to market.
