Abstract :
Aimed at the knowledge association relation between suppliers in complex supply chain, the principal-agent models with individual incentive and group incentive under knowledge associations were established respectively. Additionally, the core enterprise´ optimal incentive strategies and knowledge sharing between suppliers were researched. The results show that combing individual incentive and group incentive can promote production effort and coordinate knowledge sharing behavior among suppliers effectively. Besides, learning capability of suppliers has a significant impact on group incentive and the knowledge-sharing effort.
