Abstract :
This paper presents a one-shot decorrelating detector for an asynchronous DS/CDMA system. To facilitate digital implementation and take the effects of band limitation into account, it employs multiple correlators for each of the interfering users. The correlators uses successively rotated versions of the original PN code for that user. Another feature of the proposed scheme is that, to handle the data bits´ asynchronism, it utilizes the decisions of conventional detectors to select a set of proper decorrelating bases. Simulations have been carried out to verify the performance of the proposed scheme in treating band-limited signals
