After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the development of market economy, the competition in manufacturing industry is getting even fiercer. Enterprises in this market need to focus on the products quality and perform well quality management in their manufacturing process. Through the analysis on the quality management research in the past four years, this thesis concluded that the research has been focused on the following four aspects: the development of the management models, the development of the management theory, the development of the quality chain, the development of the quality competition power.
