Abstract :
The V-BLAST (Vertically-layered Bell Laboratories Layered Space-Time) algorithm is a multilayer symbol detection scheme. The proposed work focuses on V-BLAST technique with a Multiple Input Multiple output (MIMO) technology followed by receiver detection techniques like Zero forcing (ZF), Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) with back substitution SIC (Symbol Interference Cancellation). The proposed methodology adopts BPSK, QAM modulation methods. The numerical analysis is conducted using MATLAB. The performance improvement is also significant and Simulation results shows that V-BLAST achieves better Bit error rates.
