Research on the Analytic Index System and Applied Method of Regions´ Recycling Economy Development

This paper points out the main problem of recycling economy construction and focuses on the evaluation of the results of a city´s recycling economy construction. First a complete and independent index system is set up and then putting forward a proposal of using Analytic Network Process (ANP) to evaluate a city´s recycling economy construction. Also the model could better reflect the relationship among the whole index, which based on the independence of the index.
