Abstract :
Evaluating emission trading market is a complex and important process and it is significant for the development of emission trading market. The paper designed an evaluation index system of emission trading market based on past work. In addition, we presented an evaluation method that combined Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and grey evaluation method. This method improves the objectiveness and reasonableness of the evaluation process, as well as it is utilitarian and comprehensive. In order to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system and the effectiveness of the evaluation methods, the emission trading market of sulfur dioxide in the Yangtze River was evaluated.
