Abstract
This article analyzes the formation mechanism of implicit human capital of high-skilled talents on the basis of the analysis on formation features and influencing factors of implicit human capital. This article discusses the formation mechanism of implicit human capital of high-skilled talents from perspectives of individual learning and organizational learning, explorative learning and exploitative learning and “Learning by Doing” respectively, mainly expanded from different perspectives and patterns of group learning.
