Abstract :
Human resources are an important foundation for the development of construction industry. Uncompetitive human resources are the main reason which hinders the development of construction industrialization in China. This paper compares the status of human resources in construction industry between China and America from the labor productivity, the ratio of labor cost in total cost, the workers´ average wage, the labor subcontracting, the vocational and technical training and the employee security system, etc. Through analysis the human resources in construction industry of two nation, this paper discusses the difference between China and America, and makes clear the existing problem of construction industry´s human resources in China. The conclusion of this study has a reference value for the development of construction industry´s human resources in Chain.
