  • Abstract
    The performance of a speech recognizer depends upon the quality and robustness of the acoustic and features extracted from the speech wave. Most of the speech parameterization methods proposed so far are not very robust against variations in the speech signal. In this paper we will go through some of the various approaches used so far.
