Abstract :
To the information-based development of ship, a regional-based network architecture of ship integrated platform management system (IPMS) is proposed. The Networked and quantized control systems (NQCS) of fin stabilizers under IPMS is investigated. When transmission rate restriction of network is considered, a novel fuzzy quantized encode method is proposed. And the control strategy under these encode is investigated. The simulation results show its effectiveness.
