Abstract
A design methodology is presented for nonstandard discrete two-time-scale systems where some of the states are not available for measurement. Prefeedback of the fast control is used to put the system into its standard form. Observer-based controller design of standard discrete singularly perturbed systems is then used to design controllers for the resulting system
