Abstract
In this paper the concept of worthiness of repair is presented. After a necessary introduction into expert knowledge, Monte Carlo Simulation, conditional cdf, the Generalized Wiener Process and the basic idea of our worthiness of repair concept we conduct several case studies. We show how the worthiness of repair behaves depending on system complexity and economic circumstances
