Abstract :
Telecommunications network is one of the most important parts of urban infrastructure, ensuring the normal operation of the urban. As modern urban functions are continuously being optimized, how can we make telecom network construction more responsive to the changes of urban functions become the focus of recent studies. Modularization has been used mostly in order for the management of complex systems to be simplified. In this present paper, an adaptive model of telecommunication network modules will be established and the adaptive behavior of telecommunication network modules will be analyzed.
