Abstract :
This paper presents a nonlinear analysis of the synchronized quantum cascade laser on the transmission line model for its operation as an amplifier of angle-modulated lightwaves. The analysis has unraveled the dependence of the angle modulation of the output amplified lightwave on various parameters of the synchronized quantum cascade laser.
