Abstract
B2C modern e-commerce businesses are developing rapidly as new modern enterprises, Their human resource management performance is a brand new topic across traditional management and modern information technology,In particular, e-commerce online staff performance management evaluation studies of B2C e-commerce enterprises is particularly important, because the line officer is the first e-commerce B2C business salesman. This paper builds an online human resource management personnel performance evaluation system of B2C e-commerce businesses based on Projection Pursuit Model, in comparison with other models, but also be able to overcome the effects of artificial subjective factors, so that a more objective evaluation results, which provide some useful reference to human resource management of e-commerce enterprises in China.
