Abstract :
This paper discusses methods to perform circuit simulation of large-scale MOSFET circuits containing lossy coupled transmission lines, in which four circuit simulation algorithms, including the direct approach (used by SPICE) and relaxation-based algorithms such as WR and ITA are used. All the proposed methods have been implemented, justified, and compared to each other
