Abstract :
The paper provides a discussion of test case analysis in general as well as the specific of performing modified condition/decision coverage on the digital system. The paper suggests that the extensive-testing requirement for an N input and one output Boolean variables can be met with a minimum of N+1 and a maximum of 2N tests cases; for a N input and M output Boolean variables can be met with a minimum of N+M and a maximum of the bottom between N×M and 2N
