Internet is a kind of special media whose birth has brought great influences on democratic politics, in which there are both positive and negative influences. As the Internet is more and more popular, the population of net-citizens is increasing, so that the Internet media is used more and more widely in China, and plays an active role and also brings a negative role. Therefore, the Internet media must be guided correctly and controlled properly, and its positive roles should be played, so that democracy is enabled to develop healthily.
