On Analysis of the Nature and the Effectiveness of the Management Based on the Cobweb-Style Management Structure

Characteristics and nature of the management are always hot topics studied by people. If we do not make what are characteristics and nature of the management clear, we will not manage well. Therefore, only if we deeply analyze what is the management, we know how to do. The article believes that the management is the activity that the manager makes assumption for the management and imposes the management behaviors on the management objects in order to realize the purpose of the management from the view of the management elements. Through the division of the management elements, the article designs a kind of cobweb-type management structure, in which the management elements play an important role in the management activities, and then determine and show characteristics and nature of the management, that is, the management appropriateness or suitability, as well which also determines the management effectiveness. Accordingly, the article considers we must enhance the management effectiveness mainly based on the nature of the management, the concerned ways as followed: To clear the management purposes and establish the appropriate goals; To analyze the management assumptions and identify the appropriate premises; To impose the manage behavior and accurately gain control of degree; To analyze the management objects with targets; To make the management elements collaborative and emphasize the structural optimization.
