Abstract :
We developed a novel wind noise reduction technology for a digital video camera. This technology, based on our newly developed "clear sound algorithm", reduces wind noise without deteriorating the sound quality. It mainly consists of a wind noise detector, a harmonic structure restoration module, and a MPEG4-AAC module.
