Abstract :
R&D networks increase tremendously in recent decades. It is significant to better understand R&D networks and their effects to firms´ performance. In this paper, by reviewing numbers of relevant literatures, we discuss the intension and extension of “R&D network” definitions, the evolution of R&D networks and their effects to firm´s innovation performance.
