Abstract
This paper presents a family of very low-power and low-voltage, analog building blocks that are based on MOST translinear loops. The circuits disclosed here are: parametric current amplifier, voltage adder/subtractor, and log-domain filter. They all operate in weak inversion and use the bulk as an active terminal
